Kyiv and Paris are still discussing the presence of instructors in Ukraine, according to the Defense Ministry. The statement followed remarks by Commander-in-Chief Oleksandr Syrskyi, who said he had already signed documents "that will allow the first French instructors to visit training centers soon."
