The Cabinet will grant a deferral of registration to 17-year-old pre-conscripts & conscripts currently living abroad. It will last until they return to Ukraine or until end of martial law, said Iryna Vereshchuk, Minister for Reintegration of the Temporarily Occupied Territories.
