The largest man-made disaster of the last decade occurred exactly a year ago – the Russian military blew up the #Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant in Ukraine’s #Kherson region. As a result of Russia's attack on the #KakhovkaHPP dam 600 km2 of territory were flooded.
