In Kemerovo (Russia), a tram's brakes failed, and it crashed into another tram. There are fatalities and injuries. The tram wear in the city is 90%. This means instead of buying new trams for themselves, they are spending money on rockets to kill Ukrainians. And they are dying themselves due to their stupidity and malice.
