One year ago, on June 6, 2023, Russia carried out a terrorist attack on the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Plant, which harmed people and the environment. We must do everything possible to prevent new man-made disasters at critical infrastructure facilities today, so that it will not be too late tomorrow.
