The Vatican has expressed its readiness to mediate the exchange of prisoners between Ukraine and Russia. The Holy See is in constant communication with the Ukrainian and Russian authorities, the Secretary of the Holy See, Cardinal Pietro Parolin, said during the Peace Summit.
