Russian troops attacked Kharkiv once again, Mayor Ihor Terekhov and the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Syniehubov report. The strikes injured three people who were in the vicinity of the hit, including a 12-year-old girl and a 15-year-old boy.
