German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk met in Warsaw to agree on a plan to strengthen NATO's eastern border and defense cooperation. One of the points of the plan is to help Ukraine, in particular with the repair and maintenance of Leopard 2 tanks.
