New British Prime Minister Keir Starmer visited a car graveyard in Irpin, Ukraine, back in February 2023. Starmer repeatedly pledged to continue the UK’s strong support for Ukraine, and Ukrainian officials I spoke to were "not worried" about the outcome of this election.
