As of the morning of July 9, 38 civilians have been killed and 190 wounded due to yesterday’s Russian attack, President Volodymyr #Zelensky reported. Among the fatalities, four are children. Emergency operations are ongoing at the missile impact sites, involving 400 rescuers.
