Ukrainians gathered in front of the Russian embassy in Berlin following the attack on the Okhmatdyt children’s hospital in Kyiv. Police prohibited speeches in Ukrainian so that law enforcement officers could understand the talks and remarks, to ensure the protection of freedom of assembly.
