Russia performed a ballistic missile strike on the building of the branch of the Swiss Fund for Mine Action (FSD) – a humanitarian organization involved in demining the Kharkiv region – according to the local military administration. The facade and ceilings on several floors were destroyed. Six [people were reportedly injured].
