On August 9th, 2024, Ukrainian Defense Intelligence special forces conducted a raid on the temporarily occupied Kinburn Spit, destroying six Russian armored vehicles and killing around thirty Russian personnel. Ukrainian warriors raised the battle flag of the Military Intelligence.
