Russian authorities are planning to relocate evacuated refugees from the border of Russia’s Kursk region to the occupied part of Ukraine’s Zaporizhzhia region, according to the acting governor of Kursk region. The first train departures to transport Russians to the occupied territories of Ukraine are expected to begin soon.
