Russian troops have advanced toward Myrnohrad in Donetsk Oblast and are now about 6 kilometers from the town. Roughly 20,000 people remain there, including about 1,000 children, according to Yuriy Tretiak, acting head of the Myrnohrad Town Military Administration, speaking to Radio Liberty.
