According to the 'Go to the forest!' initiative, which helps Russians evade military service, at least 250 conscripts from St. Petersburg and 90 from Moscow were transferred to the 'counter-terrorist operation' zone. Kaliningrad, Samara, Irkutsk and Naro-Frominsk are also sending conscripts.
