On August 24, another prisoner-of-war exchange between Ukraine and Russia took place. President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that 115 Ukrainian soldiers had returned home. The released soldiers were from the National Guard, the Armed Forces, the Navy, and the State Border Guard Service.
