About 80 people out of 1,870 reported paint markings, coerced 'confessions' on video, and dog baiting. Stas Dzedau from Minsk recounted: 'They took me out, took a bottle of white paint and poured it on my head. They took me by my hair and wiped the paint off the bus with my [head].'
