Let me remind you: Russia, through its officers, did not keep its promise to provide a safe corridor to the Ilovaisk group of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and instead opened fire on them. Similarly, Russia will not comply with any other 'peace agreements' that pro-Russian information collaborators are promoting.
