Moscow police offered bonuses for recruiting soldiers for Russian defense ministry

Russian Telegram channels report that Moscow police officers are promised bonus payments of up to 50,000 rubles ($550) for each person they "convince" to sign a contract with the Russian defense ministry. Reportedly, in Russian regions, the "rate" is 10,000 rubles (about $110).
