NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has admitted that the North Atlantic Alliance could provide Ukraine with more weapons to prevent a Russian invasion in 2022. The Alliance did not arm Ukraine before the full-scale invasion because it was afraid of escalation with Russia.
