An attack on Russia’s Belgorod on the morning of September 16 injured 8 people, according to the governor of the Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov. Russian Telegram channels claim the city was targeted with allegedly Ukrainian attack drones and a Czech-made Vampire multiple rocket launcher.
