On the night of September 21, Russia attacked several Ukrainian cities. In #KryvyiRih, Russia killed 3 civilians, including a boy, and injured 3 more. Over 20 homes were destroyed. In #Kharkiv, 13 people were injured, with one strike occurring near a hospital.
