Zelenskiy said Russia had already moved its warplanes beyond the reach of ATACMS, which have a 300-km range. “Serious decisions” were needed, he said, if Kyiv were to stop devastating Russian attacks on Ukrainian positions with aerial glide bombs, then artillery and infantry.
