The US and UK have NOT given permission for Ukraine to carry out long-range strikes on military targets inside Russia, Volodymyr Zelenskiy told me in Kyiv, ahead of his trip this week to the US. The White House hasn't approved the use of Storm Shadow or ATACMS. Story coming soon
