Russia’s war strategy remains unchanged – targeting civilian infrastructure and innocent people. This morning, Russian forces attacked a hospital in #Sumy with Shahed drones. Over 100 patients were inside. As of 12:00 Kyiv time, 8 people are confirmed dead, and 11 more injured.
