Russian troops are attempting to use a heavy flamethrower system and drop aerial bombs at the Vovchansk aggregate plant previously liberated by units of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine, said Vitalii Sarantsev, spokesperson for the Kharkiv Operational and Tactical Group.
