Ahead of a concert at the Cannes City Theatre, musicians from the National Opera Symphony Orchestra were invited to participate in a flag-raising ceremony on the Memorial Esplanade. To the sound of two national anthems, civil and military authorities paid tribute to the flags in the sky of Cannes.
