The IDF officially confirmed the liquidation of Hamas leader Yahya Sinwar. On the eve of his appointment as head of the political bureau, following the elimination of his predecessor Ismail Haniyeh. Yahya Sinwar participated in planning the attack on Israel on October 7, 2023, when militants seized and killed a large number of people.
