The Ukrainian capital has again been targeted by Russian drones. Kyiv mayor Vitali Klitschko reports tonight that a Shahed drone struck a high-rise apartment building, engulfing the 17th, 18th and 19th floors in flames. Emergency crews are on the scene. More drones in the air.
