Every time I'm in Kharkiv, I have meetings in this beautiful building, right off Freedom Square in the center of the city.
Tonight, Russians dropped a glide bomb on it, causing heavy damage and injuring many. This is the daily terror Kharkiv has been facing for nearly 1,000 days.
