Around 3 a.m., Russian forces launched a Grom-E1 hybrid missile at Kharkiv. It struck a detached house, from the rubble of which the bodies of four people were recovered, according to Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov and regional military administration head Oleh Syniehubov.
