The Finnish prosecutor's office has filed five charges against Voislav Torden (Yan Petrovsky), one of the leaders of the Russian neo-Nazi sabotage and assault reconnaissance group Rusich, Yle reports. He is suspected of committing war crimes in eastern Ukraine between 2014 and 2015.
