Up to 12,000 North Korean military personnel are undergoing training at five training grounds of Russia’s Eastern Military District, instructed by military personnel from the Airborne Forces and Special Forces, according to Sergiy Kyslytsya, Ukraine’s Permanent Representative to the UN.
