In Kharkiv, Russian occupation forces hit a nine-story building with a guided aerial bomb, Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov and Kharkiv Regional Military Administration head Oleh Syniehubov reported. An 11-year-old boy was killed as a result of the strike. 34 people were wounded.
