Serhiy Mamoyan, a member of the Kyiv City Council and deputy chairman of the Standing Committee on Transport, Communications and Advertising, was killed in a road traffic accident, according to reports from the Kyiv City Council, the Odesa Police, and Ukrainska Pravda.
