Russian troops shelled Nikopol in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast with artillery. Two people were killed. Five others were wounded, reported by regional governor Serhiy Lysak. Two of the victims are in serious condition. A medical facility, cafes, shops and cars were damaged in the city.
