The Security Service of Ukraine confirmed the elimination of Valery Trankovsky, chief of staff of the missile ships of the Russian Black Sea Fleet, in the temporarily occupied Sevastopol. Trankovsky is a war criminal who issued orders to launch cruise missiles from the Black Sea Fleet.
