In Odesa, 10 people were killed and 43 injured in a Russian missile strike on a residential area, according to regional governor Oleh Kiper and the Interior Ministry. Among the dead are 7 police officers, a doctor and 2 locals. Among the 43 injured are 4 children and 14 law enforcement officials.
