Ukraine progress on reforms during the war is impressive. Last week, I hosted a panel with Ukraine Prime Minister and the World Bank Managing Director. The World Bank has sent $51 billion to Ukraine since 2022, and Ukraine is set to hit 400 key goals by year-end.
