NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte has stated that during today’s ministerial meeting in Brussels, NATO foreign ministers will focus on how to enable Ukraine to enter peace negotiations with Russia from a position of strength. Rutte also noted that allies are attentive to Ukraine’s membership requests.
