The court imposed 60 days of round-the-clock house arrest on a 17-year-old passenger of a BMW, whose driver caused a fatal accident in Dnipro. During the trial, Arseniy Bessonov denied any guilt, stating he did not understand what he was accused of and claiming 'he could not [have prevented the incident].'
