The Center for Strategic Communications of the Ministry of Culture has been headed by a political consultant who supported Medvedchuk, according to media reports. The Ministry of Culture renamed the Scientific Center for Tourism Development to the Center for Strategic Communications and Information Security and appointed acting director Serhiy Bykov, a political consultant.
