Whoever enables the war in Ukraine to continue will pay a price. Today, we adopted the 15th sanctions package, targeting the shadow fleet as well as North Korean officials and Chinese companies supplying drones to Moscow. Our efforts to limit Russia’s ability to wage war continue.
