On December 21, Volodymyr Zelensky officially appointed Professor of Uzhhorod National University and military serviceman Fedir Shandor as Ukraine’s Ambassador to Hungary. This is stated in a decree published on the president’s website. The professor, who is of Hungarian descent, will succeed Ivan Korchak in the role.
