The Japanese government will transfer another $3 billion of frozen Russian assets to Ukraine, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy says. Zelenskyy reported on a conversation with Japanese Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba. They agreed to meet in person "to continue the dialogue".
