The attack also claimed the lives of renowned neurobiologist Ihor Zyma and his wife. A friend of the family wrote: "Our friend, Dr. Ihor Zyma, has perished alongside his wife and their beloved cat. The attack occurred in their own home, while they were peacefully sleeping.” X
