Bulgarian politician claims Ukraine falling apart, wants Southern Bessarabia

A pro-Russian Bulgarian politician stated that Bulgaria should claim Southern Bessarabia (a part of Odesa Oblast) from Ukraine because he believes that “Ukraine is falling apart.”
