Russian troops attacked the city of Kryvyi Rih in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. Four fatalities (three women and one man) and five wounded, including a 22-year-old girl and men aged 34 and 56 who are in serious condition, are reported by regional governor Serhiy Lysak.
