Units of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, in cooperation with other components of the Defense Forces, on the night of January 29, 2025, struck the Nizhny Novgorod oil refinery (Kstovo, Nizhny Novgorod region of the Russian Federation). This refinery is involved in supplying the occupation army of the Russian Federation.
